Sorry i've been M.I.A.

I spent the last four days in Sydney land. 

It was heaps of fun.

Two-day conference. 

Rad after party.

Peter Dwyer, Arturo Elena, Alpha60, Cathyrn Willis are brilliant. 

You all should google them now. Especially Arturo, his drawings will blow you away.

Once Upon A Time

I couldnt sleep last nite because I know it's over between us. I'm not bitter anymore because I know what we had was real. And if in some distant place in the future we see each other in our new lives, I will smile at you with joy and remember how we spent a summer beneath the trees, learning from each other and growing in love. The best love is the kind that awakens the soul and makes us reach for more and that plants a fire in our hearts and brings peace to our minds and that's what you've given me and that's what I'd hope to give to you forever.

A little excerpt from the stoy that i just wrote.

The moment he left, she fell to the groud. She knew his foot steps would be the last noise his body would make for her. She had always been on the side lines. As her eyes opened and closed, rain drops creeped in from the sky above, as if they were waiting for her to cry. She knew he would never return. He will forget that she was ever alive.

Mothers & Birds

Character thoughts are flowing like champagne...

The day would soon become even more stressful and confusing than it is now.

Various images have rushed in and out of my mind, trying to remember what my real mother looked like, and who’s to say I had even seen her before. 

I don’t have the story straight.

I know there’s too many unanswered questions. 

Perhaps i could just fly away and leave all this to the mail man.

Sure would be easier for me.
